Due to the nature of dietary supplements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products.
We may provide a replacement or refund if:
- You receive the wrong item.
- Your order arrives damaged.
- Your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sereyawellness.com, including your order number and photos if applicable.
Sereya Wellness reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
