Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Sereya Wellness is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or events outside of our reasonable control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Sereya Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to our order processing procedures, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Sereya Wellness is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier;
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier;
- Packages delayed due to weather, natural disasters, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@sereyawellness.com within 7 days of the expected delivery. We may assist customers with carrier claims at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund requests.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by their country. Sereya Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.
